The subject is a compulsory subject providing students with basic knowledge about the state and law, including (i) general theories of the state such as concept, characteristics, origin, nature, function and form of state; (ii) general theories of the law such as concepts, characteristics, origins and sources of law; (iii) legal norm, legal relations, law enforcement, violation of law (delict) and legal liability; (iv) the Vietnamese legal system and (v) basic issues of anti-corruption legislation
